Non arrival of orders

This is very rare but we do acknowledge that it can happen form time to time. The delivery times for most orders are as follows. Days are from shipping date : Irieland 1-2 days, UK 2-5 days,  Europe 3-7 days,  USA and Canada 7 days and Rest of the World 10 days. These delivery times are what we reasonably expect ,it may not happen as quickly and sometimes packages arrive earlier. Please note when a package leaves our warehouse we are at the mercy of the various postal services.

Christmas Delivery times are different and you cannot expect the above to happen.

If a parcel does not arrive we will re-send or refund after a reasonable length of time has passed.

For Ireland we allow 2 weeks, UK 3 weeks and Rest of the World 4 weeks.

After this period has elapsed we assume that the parcel has gone missing and we will send a replacement or refund. We will ask you what you prefer.

As stated this is rare and very few orders actually do not arrive please contact us at irishmusicmail@gmail.com stating your order no. and we will deal with your case as effectively as possible in the event of the non-arrival of your order.
